Pay as you go

Pay as you go is the normal form of service contract, whereby a technician comes to your site to perform a service and inspection of your fire safety measures are a previously agreed price. Any defects or issues discovered on the service then get put into a report and a quote to rectify is arranged.

Comprehensive Coverage

Under normal service contracts the technician will attend site, service the fire safety measures on site, then issue a report and quotes to rectify outstanding issues which can result in large, unexpected bills. Another option however is to use a Futura Fire comprehensive coverage plan.

How does it work?

Under a comprehensive service contract we average the known and expected maintenance costs over the lifetime of your building, and then you pay in installments.

What is the benefit?

The benefits of a comprehensive coverage service contract are many. By eliminating the need to quote or seek authorisation for minor and time sensitive repairs larger issues that would have arisen can be prevented. Over the course of a contract this can lower your maintenance costs by up to 25%.

What if something breaks or gets damaged?

Things like used fire extinguishers and damaged fire hose reels are accounted for in the contract, based on the expected usage and environment of your premises. If one of your staff uses an extinguisher, just call us and we will provide a replacement with no additional charge.
